The invention discloses an asphalt pavement structure with an asphalt layer reflection crack prevention base layer and a construction method, the pavement structure sequentially comprises an asphalt concrete surface layer, the asphalt layer reflection crack prevention base layer and a cement-stabilized subbase layer from top to bottom, the asphalt layer reflection crack prevention base layer comprises large-particle-size framework aggregate and a filler, the filler is a mixture of cement, water and stone, and the cement-stabilized subbase layer is a mixture of cement, water and stone. The large-particle-size framework aggregate forming material is of a large-particle-size framework structure, and the filler is evenly distributed in gaps of the large-particle-size framework structure. By means of the design method, cracks which are reflected upwards from the base layer can be effectively prevented from occurring on the asphalt surface layer of each grade of asphalt road, meanwhile, compared with a full-thickness asphalt pavement, the pavement has the advantage of being low in cost, and compared with an ordinary cement stabilized macadam base asphalt pavement, the pavement has the advantage of being long in service life; the base material can meet the urgent demand of a high-performance asphalt road base material, and provides an asphalt pavement structure based on the asphalt layer reflection crack prevention base material.
