A first electric telescopic rod is fixedly connected to the mounting base, and a driving wheel is arranged at the telescopic end of the first electric telescopic rod driving assembly. When the device is switched between two bridge cables, the whole device can be turned over after a plurality of rotatably connected mounting plates are rotated, and the driving assemblies and the extending assemblies which are arranged on the outer sides of the mounting plates are put into use after turning over. The device can be switched between two bridge cables under the condition that the device does not need to move to the lower ends of the bridge cables, so that the device can move on a plurality of bridge cables in an S-shaped track, and the monitoring efficiency of the device on the bridge cables can be improved.
