The invention provides a reservoir ecological flow discharge device and an operation method thereof.The reservoir ecological flow discharge device comprises an ecological unit, the ecological unit is provided with a control device, a reservoir is provided with a reservoir water level monitoring device, and a downstream river channel of a dam is provided with a flow monitoring device; and the control device is connected with the reservoir water level monitoring device and the flow monitoring device, and is used for reasonably formulating a start-up operation scheme of the ecological unit according to the reservoir water level and the discharged flow of the reservoir, and improving the operation efficiency of the ecological unit under the condition of ensuring reasonable ecological discharge.
本发明提供一种水库生态流量泄放装置及其运行方法，所述水库生态流量泄放装置包括生态机组，所述生态机组设置有控制装置，所述水库设置有库水位监测装置，大坝下游河道设置有流量监测装置，所述控制装置与库水位监测装置、流量监测装置连接，用于根据库水位和水库下泄流量，合理制定生态机组开机运行方案，在保证合理生态泄流的情况下，提升生态机组的运行效率。
