The invention discloses a grouting system for highway bridge construction, and relates to the technical field of bridge foundation scouring protection, the grouting system comprises a drill bit, the drill bit is provided with a grouting hole and a plugging mechanism, and the grouting hole is constructed at the bottom of the drill bit; the plugging mechanism has a first state and a second state, in the first state, the plugging mechanism leaks the grouting hole and plugs the drill hole, and in the second state, the plugging mechanism plugs the grouting hole and relieves plugging of the drill hole. According to the grouting system for highway bridge construction, by arranging the plugging mechanism, when the drill bit conducts drilling, the plugging mechanism is in the second state, so that the grouting hole is plugged in the drilling process, the grouting hole is prevented from being plugged as much as possible, after drilling is completed, the plugging mechanism is in the first state, and the plugging mechanism is in the second state; in this way, the drilled hole can be grouted through the grouting hole, and the drilled hole is blocked in the grouting process, so that the grouting pressure is increased.
