为了解决现有施工电梯基础施工成本比较高，并且周期较长以及后续围护也比较困难的问题，本发明提供一种基于围护体系的建筑施工电梯基础转换装置，包括型钢电梯基础结构，在所述型钢电梯基础结构的上端装设有电梯基础节，在所述型钢电梯基础结构靠近围护体系的一侧设有至少一用于其与围护体系连接的可调活络勾头预埋结构，所述可调活络勾头预埋结构的一侧与型钢电梯基础结构相连接，另一侧与围护体系的围护钢筋相连接。本发明整体设计合理、结构简单、施工方便，需要时直接安装，不要浇筑钢筋混凝土，节省了施工钢筋混凝土基础的时间、费用和混凝土养护的时间，可以达到降本增效的效果。
