The invention discloses a prestressed concrete laminated pipe gallery with standby stranded wires and a construction method thereof.The pipe gallery comprises a prefabricated top plate, a concrete wall, prestressed tendons, a post-pouring laminated layer, a bottom plate and the standby stranded wires, the side edge of the concrete wall is provided with a bracket used for placing the prefabricated concrete top plate, one end of the concrete wall is connected with the bottom plate, and the other end of the concrete wall is connected with the post-pouring laminated layer; the other end is connected with the prefabricated top plate through a steel bar connecting structure; the prefabricated top plate comprises truss steel bars, longitudinal distribution steel bars, in-plate first corrugated pipes and in-plate second corrugated pipes. The post-cast laminated layer is internally provided with upper part distribution steel bars and butt joint corrugated pipes, prestressed tendons sequentially penetrate through the first corrugated pipes, the butt joint corrugated pipes and the adjacent in-plate second corrugated pipes to form continuous prestressed tendons, and the post-tensioned prestressed tendons are provided with tensioning ends at the bottom of the prefabricated top plate. According to the method, loads in the construction stage and the use stage can be balanced in a two-stage prestressed tendon tensioning mode, the construction efficiency is remarkably improved, and the crack width of the support is effectively controlled.
本发明公开了一种带备用绞线的预应力混凝土叠合管廊及其施工方法,管廊包括预制顶板、混凝土墙、预应力筋、后浇叠合层、底板和备用绞线,混凝土墙的侧边设置用于搁置预制混凝土顶板的牛腿,混凝土墙的一端与底板相连,另一端通过钢筋连接结构与预制顶板相连;预制顶板包括桁架钢筋、纵向分布钢筋、板内第一波纹管和板内第二波纹管;后浇叠合层内设置上部分布钢筋、对接波纹管,预应力筋依次穿过第一波纹管、对接波纹管和相邻的板内第二波纹管后形成连续预应力筋,后张预应力筋在预制顶板底部设置张拉端。本发明能够通过两阶段张拉预应力筋的方式来平衡施工阶段与使用阶段的荷载,显著提高施工效率,有效控制支座的裂缝宽度。
