Basement anti-condensation process
The invention relates to the field of building construction, and discloses a basement anti-condensation process which comprises a ground anti-condensation step and a wall anti-condensation step. The floor anti-condensation method comprises the following steps that firstly, the basement floor is cleaned till no obvious impurities exist, and then a sealing material is brushed; secondly, a porous brick cage is built on the ground where the sealing material layer is formed, the porous brick cage is composed of transverse porous bricks and longitudinal porous bricks, the interval between every two adjacent rows of porous bricks is 1 meter, and the height of every two adjacent rows of porous bricks is 0.2 meter; step 3, backfilling ceramsite in the porous brick cage until the porous brick cage is filled and leveled up; 4, a waterproof plastic film is laid on the ground where the ceramsite is backfilled; 5, 10 # steel bars are laid on the surface of the waterproof plastic film transversely and longitudinally, and the interval between every two adjacent steel bars is 1.5 m; step 6, constructing a peripheral moisture-proof beam; seventhly, plate surface pouring construction is conducted; the wall surface anti-condensation method comprises the following steps that firstly, a wood grating frame is constructed on the wall surface of a basement; secondly, an extrusion molding heat preservation plate is arranged in the wood grating frame, and the thickness of the heat preservation plate is 2.2 cm; and thirdly, the wall face is covered with a damp-proof gypsum board. According to the basement anti-condensation technology, construction is easy, and the obtained anti-condensation structure is good in heat insulation, heat preservation and flow guide effects.
