The invention discloses a bionic excavator bucket with viscosity reduction and resistance reduction characteristics and a bionic excavator. The bionic excavator bucket comprises a bottom plate, a wrapping plate and side plates. Wedge-shaped bucket teeth are arranged on the bottom plate; first corrugated non-smooth structures are formed on the inner sides and the outer sides of the side plates; second corrugated non-smooth structures are formed on the inner side and the outer side of the bottom plate; smooth structures are formed on the inner and outer sides of the wrapping plate; the front side of the side plate extends to form a first bionic arc; and the bottom plate extends to form a second bionic arc. Double-coupling bionics are carried out by adopting an earthworm head contraction state curve and a pangolin claw toe tip contour curve, and the arc-shaped structures of the side plates and the bottom plate of the bucket can disperse soil pressure, reduce stress concentration, improve stress distribution and reduce excavation resistance when the bucket pierces into soil. The corrugated non-smooth surface structure enables the soil and the contact surface to generate an air film so as to destroy a water film formed between the soil and the surfaces of the inner wall and the outer wall of the bucket, and the adhesive force is reduced by changing the actual contact area, so that the effect of reducing viscosity and resistance is achieved.
