The water storage well is arranged in the bottom layer water supply pipeline, and the daily water quantity fluctuation of the water conveying pipe network can be buffered. On the premise that the water quality is guaranteed, the water storage well can receive water from different water sources, such as purified rainwater and underground water, and the effect of adjusting the water quality is achieved.
