The invention discloses an internal expansion type wood structure anti-pulling connecting joint and a wood structure assembling method.The anti-pulling connecting joint comprises a connecting cylinder and an extruding plate which are arranged at the end of a wood component, the connecting cylinder comprises a straight-cylinder-shaped sleeve and a connecting piece arranged on the sleeve, the sleeve is connected to the end of the wood component in a sleeving mode, and the extruding plate is arranged on the connecting piece; an end with the width larger than that of an inner cavity of the sleeve is arranged at the tail end of the extrusion plate, the head end of the extrusion plate is driven into the end of the wooden column till the end abuts against the end of the sleeve, and the end of the wooden column is expanded and pressed in the sleeve. The connecting joint is used for wood structure assembly, the situation that a wood column is split and damaged when the extrusion plates are pressed in can be avoided, meanwhile, the extrusion plates are directly hung, connected and fixed to the sleeve through the ends, the multiple extrusion plates and the sleeve can form a whole, and therefore the anti-pulling contact face between the extrusion plates and the wood column is increased; the friction force between the sleeve and wood is greatly improved, and the anti-pulling capacity of the joint is effectively improved.
