The invention relates to a module combination building and a detachable connecting assembly, a module unit and a construction method thereof. The detachable connection assembly includes: first and second housings disposed in the module unit and provided with holes in walls facing away from each other; the first direction connecting mechanism comprises a first joint part which is arranged on the first shell and is provided with an operation part and a first connecting structure; the second joint part is arranged on the second shell and is provided with a second connecting structure; connecting sections are formed at at least two ends of the first direction connecting piece so as to be respectively jointed with the first connecting structures and the second connecting structures of the two module units in the first direction; the second direction connecting mechanism comprises a shear-resistant sleeve which is arranged on the first direction connecting piece in a sleeving mode and clamped between the first joint portion and the second joint portion of the two module units in the first direction, and a gap is formed between the shear-resistant sleeve and the first direction connecting piece. The second direction connecting piece is provided with assembling holes matched with the second direction module units in number, the anti-shear sleeves are sleeved with the assembling holes, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

The second direction connecting piece is provided with assembling holes matched with the second direction module units in number, the anti-shear sleeves are sleeved with the assembling holes, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
