Prefabricated constructional wall and installation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of wall construction, and discloses a prefabricated structural wall and a mounting method thereof. The polystyrene board is arranged on the side, connected with the cast-in-place structural column, of the wall body, openings are reserved in the two sides of the polystyrene board in the width direction, and sealant is arranged in the openings so that the polystyrene board can be sealed after the wall body is installed. The prefabricated constructional wall is adopted, the polystyrene board is adopted between the constructional wall and the cast-in-place structural column to serve as a separation seam, the two sides are in flexible connection with a main body structure, and it is guaranteed that structural stress is not affected; the polystyrene board and the wall body of the prefabricated construction wall are integrally poured in a factory to form a whole to be transported to the site, so that the quality of the separation joint is greatly ensured, and the site installation is accelerated; the design of reserved openings in the two sides of the polystyrene board of the prefabricated structural wall is more beneficial to installation of the column formwork on site compared with installation of the whole-face column formwork on one side, only sealant construction at the two ends of the polystyrene board needs to be conducted after the formwork is dismantled in the later period, and a large amount of labor cost is saved.
本发明涉及墙体施工技术领域,公开了一种预制构造墙及其安装方法,其中预制构造墙包括:墙体;聚苯板,其设置于墙体与现浇结构柱相连的一侧,聚苯板的宽度方向的两侧留有启口,启口内具有密封剂以在墙体安装完成后密封聚苯板。本申请采用预制的构造墙,构造墙和现浇结构柱之间采用聚苯板作为分隔缝,两侧跟主体结构均为柔性连接,保证不影响结构受力;聚苯板在工厂与预制构造墙的墙体一体浇筑,形成一个整体运输至现场,大大保证了分隔缝的质量并加快了现场安装;预制构造墙的聚苯板两侧预留启口设计,相较于一侧进行整面柱模板安装,更利于现场柱模板的安装,后期模板拆除后只需进行聚苯板两端的密封剂施工,节约大量的人工成本。
