本发明涉及一种CT高精度空心砌块及施工方法,砌块本体顶部设置有企口榫头,企口榫头的前后两侧肩上开设有拉结筋槽,砌块本体的底部开设有与企口榫头相适配的榫槽,榫槽凹陷面上开设有水平管线槽,砌块本体的左右侧面上分别开设有燕尾榫槽和燕尾榫头,燕尾榫槽与燕尾榫头相适配;装配时通过吊运将一砌块的燕尾榫头自上而下插入另一砌块的燕尾榫槽,直接通过榫卯咬合实现左右砌块的配合连接,省去了涂抹砂浆的工序,不仅能减少施工时间,节省物料,而且保证了墙体的整体性;施工前预先按照施工图纸绘制CT高精度空心砌块的立面排块图,能够帮助预演砌块排布,规避一些施工中可能会遇到的问题,将问题提前解决。
