Wherein the FRP rib is fixed in the steel sleeve through the bonding medium, so that the problem that the FRP rib is damaged by clamping due to circumferential stress concentration in the tensioning process can be effectively avoided; the steel sleeve is inserted into the conical through hole of the outer anchor ring, the bottom of the outer anchor ring abuts against the concrete wall, the overall tensile capacity is further improved under the acting force of the inverted-cone-shaped steel sleeve and the inverted-cone-shaped through hole, and the problems of prestress loss and the like caused by the FRP rib are avoided.
本发明提出了一种FRP筋复合型预应力锚固装置,属于建筑施工技术领域,其包括外锚环,外锚环内开设有倒锥形通孔;钢套筒,钢套筒呈到锥形插设于锥形通孔内,钢套筒内具有供FRP筋穿过的空腔;分别设置于钢套筒两端的端堵和尾端锚固装置,FRP筋贯穿端堵后与尾端锚固装置固定连接;粘结介质,粘结介质填充于空腔内用于固定FRP筋。其中,FRP筋通过粘结介质固定于钢套筒中,可以有效避免FRP筋在张拉过程中受环向应力集中被夹坏等问题;钢套插设于外锚环的锥形通孔内部,外锚环底部底部抵在混凝土墙体上通过倒锥形钢套筒与倒锥形通孔的作用力下进一步装置整体的抗拉能力,避免FRP筋产生预应力损失等问题。
