The base plate comprises two semicircular base plates with the same size, a cylindrical through hole is formed in the middle of each semicircular base plate, a downwards-concave staggered platform is arranged on the top plane of each semicircular base plate, a downwards-convex staggered platform is arranged on the bottom plane of each semicircular base plate, and the two semicircular base plates are detachably and fixedly connected; by the adoption of the scheme, the transverse integrity of the base plate is improved through transverse connecting measures (the trapezoidal blocks, the tenons and the notches); due to longitudinal limiting measures (slab staggering), the anchor ring, the base plate, the anchor base plate and the flange have certain integrity in the longitudinal direction (the prestress tensioning direction); staggered platforms need to be arranged at the top and the bottom, the upper structure and the lower structure of the base plate can effectively achieve the good positioning effect, and certain transverse shear resistance can be provided.

本发明公开了一种垫板，包括两块尺寸相同的半圆形垫板，半圆形垫板中间部位为圆柱通孔，半圆形垫板顶部平面设置有一下凹的错台，半圆形垫板底部平面设置有一下凸的错台，两块半圆形垫板之间采用可拆卸的固定连接；采用本发明方案，横向的连接措施(梯形块、凸榫和凹口)，提高了垫板横向的整体性；纵向的限位措施(错台)，使得锚环、垫板自身、锚垫板、法兰在纵向(预应力张拉方向)具备了一定的整体性；顶底部均需设置错台，可有效的使得垫板上下结构都达到形成良好的定位效果，并可以提供一定的横向抗剪性能。
