A plurality of notches are formed in the side wall of the first waterproof support at intervals in the length direction of the first waterproof support. The multiple drainage grooves are erected between every two adjacent first waterproof supports, and the two ends of each drainage groove communicate with notches of every two adjacent first waterproof supports correspondingly. The photovoltaic panel is laid at the upper ends of the first waterproof support and the drainage groove. The first waterproof support is connected with the drainage groove to form the first drainage ditch and the second drainage ditch which are vertically and horizontally communicated, so that excellent waterproof and anti-seepage performance is achieved. The photovoltaic panel is jointly supported through the first waterproof support and the drainage groove, the building roof is formed, an original structure does not need to be reinforced, and economic benefits are remarkable.
