The invention provides a structural transformation method of an existing high-rise building, which comprises the following steps: retaining and reinforcing outer frame columns of the existing high-rise building, dividing at least two replacement areas from a plane, arranging a temporary core tube support in each replacement area, and carrying out replacement construction on each replacement area. Therefore, the original structure of each replacement area can be dismantled and transformed, and overall replacement and great adjustment of the internal structure of the building are achieved. On the basis of the structure transformation method, the external structure of an original building is reserved, the internal structure is dismantled, transformed and updated, and compared with a traditional transformation method, the city style and appearance can be reserved to the maximum extent, and the internal space can be adjusted to the maximum extent.
本发明提供了一种既有高层建筑的结构改造方法，通过保留和加固既有高层建筑的外框架柱，采用从平面上划分至少两个置换区，在每个置换区设置临时核心筒支撑，针对每个置换区进行置换施工，从而实现每个置换区原结构的拆除和改造，实现了建筑内部结构的整体置换和大幅调整。基于本发明的结构改造方法既保留原有建筑的外部结构，还对内部结构进行拆除改造更新，相较于传统的改造方法，可以最大化的保留城市风貌、调整内部空间。
