Comprising a bottom stabilizing assembly, a lifting device and a correcting device; the bottom stabilizing assembly is mounted at the lower end of the telegraph pole, and the bottom abuts against the ground; the lifting device is installed on the ground and located on one side of the inclination direction of the telegraph pole, a lifting plate capable of lifting and conveying objects is arranged on the lifting device, and an abutting plate is arranged on the lifting plate; the correcting device is installed on the ground and located on the side, away from the lifting device, of the telegraph pole. The lifting device is arranged on one side of the inclination direction of the telegraph pole, the lifting device can convey the abutting plate upwards, then the correcting device is connected with the abutting plate, the correcting device is started to correct the telegraph pole, and the bottom of the telegraph pole is stabilized by arranging the bottom stabilizing assembly; and the telegraph pole is prevented from deviating in the correction process. The invention further relates to a using method of the telegraph pole stable type auxiliary correcting and maintaining device.
