A supporting frame attached to the lower end face is built at the lower end of the prestressed beam; then, a releasing operation area is manually chiseled out at the position, needing to be dismantled, of the prestressed beam, a steel strand is found out, the open anchor bearing plate assembly is connected to one side of the steel strand in a sleeving mode, the open anchor bearing plate assembly and the prestressed beam are fixedly arranged in an attached mode through an anchor rod, and the releasing operation area is manually chiseled out at the joint, needing to be dismantled, of a beam body; then the steel strand is fixed in advance through the open anchor backing plate assembly and the open tensioning anchorage device, then the steel strand is cut off and matched with a hydraulic device to release prestress of the steel strand, and after the prestress of the steel strand is released, the prestressed beam becomes common concrete and can be rapidly disassembled, the operation process is simple, and due to the arrangement of open accessories, the cost is low. And connection and use are convenient.
