The invention provides a grate type combustion furnace which comprises a furnace body, a cavity is formed in the furnace body, an ignition mechanism is arranged in the cavity, an air supply opening, a fuel feeding opening and a high-temperature smoke outlet are formed in the furnace body, and the grate type combustion furnace is characterized in that multiple layers of grate plates which are sequentially overlapped in a staggered mode are arranged in the cavity of the furnace body from top to bottom, and the high-position ends of the multiple layers of grate plates are connected with the fuel feeding opening; the rest of the grid plates extend towards the high-temperature flue gas outlet, the heights of the grid plates are reduced layer by layer, a plurality of air holes are formed in the grid plates, the multiple layers of grid plates are connected with a translation driving mechanism, and the air holes are connected with external air supply equipment through an air supply mechanism. The horizontal moving driving mechanism drives the multiple layers of grid plates to stretch and retract forwards and backwards, so that fuel on the multiple layers of grid plates can continuously move from the fuel feeding port to the high-temperature flue gas outlet and is evenly laid on each layer of grid plates. Hot air supplied by external air supply equipment can be introduced into the cavity through the air holes, so that fuel continuously floats in the furnace body, and the effects of uniform preheating and uniform combustion are achieved. The quick separation of volatile components in the biomass fuel is improved, the combustion efficiency of the fuel can be improved, and the generation and emission of harmful substances are reduced.
本发明提供一种篦式燃烧炉,包括炉体,该炉体内设空腔,空腔内设点火机构,炉体上设有供风口、燃料进料口、高温烟气出口,其特征在于炉体空腔内从上至下设有依次错落搭接的多层篦板,多层篦板高位端与燃料进料口相接,剩余篦板向高温烟气出口方向延伸并逐层减低高度,篦板上设有若干气孔,多层篦板与平移驱动机构相连接,若干气孔通过供气机构与外部供风设备相连接。通过平移驱动机构带动多层篦板前、后伸缩移动,使多层篦板上的燃料可以从燃料进料口向高温烟气出口方向不断移动并均匀平铺在每一层篦板上。通过若干气孔可以将外部供风设备送来的热风引入空腔,使燃料在炉体内不断浮腾,起到均匀预热和均匀燃烧的效果。不仅提高生物质燃料中挥发成分的快速析出,而且还能提高燃料的燃烧效率,降低有害物质的产生及排放。
