Anti-distortion magnesia carbon brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-distortion magnesia carbon brick which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 72-75 parts of fused magnesia, 16-20 parts of crystalline flake graphite, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant, 3 parts of thermosetting phenolic resin and 0.3-0.4 part of a thermoplastic resin curing agent. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) preparing materials; (2) mixing; (3) mechanically pressing and molding; and (4) drying and curing. According to the method, the thermosetting phenolic resin and the thermoplastic resin curing agent (urotropin) are subjected to normal-temperature curing reaction, then mechanical pressing forming and drying curing are carried out, operation is convenient and fast, the drying efficiency is high, the degree of distortion and thermal deformation of long and thin bricks in a converter is reduced, chemical indexes are more stable, and the process is controllable.
本发明公开了一种抗扭曲镁碳砖,包括以下重量份的原料:电熔镁砂72‑75份、鳞片石墨16‑20份、防氧化剂1‑3份、热固性酚醛树脂3份和热塑性树脂固化剂0.3‑0.4份;制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:(1)配料;(2)混炼;(3)机压成型;(4)干燥固化。本发明通过将热固性酚醛树脂和热塑性树脂固化剂(乌洛托品)进行常温固化反应,然后再进行机压成型和干燥固化,操作便捷、干燥效率高、转炉长且薄等砖型的扭曲受热变形的程度降低,化学指标更加稳定,工艺可控。
