The adjusting supporting unit can drive the two side plates to get close to each other. Extrusion of concrete on the whole internal mold is relieved, and convenience of pulling out the internal mold from the cast-in-place beam is improved; and the whole inner mold is modularized, so that the inner mold is convenient to mount and dismount.
