The method comprises the following steps that S1, a sensor scans the surrounding environment and collects garbage data; s2, the main controller processes garbage data through an intelligent algorithm, recognizes garbage and determines the position of the garbage in the environment, the relative position of the garbage and the air blowing device and the strength and posture of the needed air blowing device; s3, according to the decision of the intelligent algorithm of the main controller, an air blowing device and a chassis are controlled to execute actions, and garbage is blown to a designated area; s4, the main controller carries out algorithm closed-loop adjustment; and S5, after the garbage is blown to the designated area, the garbage collecting device or manual work conducts final garbage cleaning work. The collection rate of scattered garbage is increased, and centralized treatment is facilitated; and the collection efficiency of scattered garbage is improved.
