The invention discloses a movable ocean platform and a shifting method thereof.The movable ocean platform comprises supporting piles and a main truss, the main truss is erected on the supporting piles, a lifting mechanism is assembled between the main truss and the supporting piles, and the shifting method comprises the steps that firstly, the whole ocean platform floats on the water surface; secondly, the four supporting piles are partially sunk into a seabed soil body; thirdly, an upper bearing and a lower bearing on the first supporting pile are started and move synchronously; fourthly, an upper bearing and a lower bearing on the third supporting pile are started and move synchronously; fifthly, an upper bearing and a lower bearing on the second supporting pile are started and move synchronously; sixthly, an upper bearing and a lower bearing on the fourth supporting pile are started and move synchronously; step 7, stopping sinking; 8, the influence caused by ocean tide changes is avoided; and ninthly, the pile pulling force obtained by the supporting pile is mainly provided by the buoyancy of the air bag. The beneficial effects are that displacement is eliminated, and use cost is low; the use cost of ship machine equipment can be effectively reduced, and maneuverability is good.
