Boehmite structure and method for producing same
A boehmite structure (1) includes a plurality of boehmite particles (2), and adjacent boehmite particles (2) are bonded together. The boehmite in the boehmite structure (1) has a crystallite size of 10 nm or less and a porosity of 15% or less. This method for producing a boehmite structure (1) is provided with: a mixing step in which a mixture is obtained by mixing a mechanically chemically treated hydraulic alumina with a solvent containing water; and a pressurizing and heating step in which the mixture is pressurized and heated at a pressure of 10-600 MPa and a temperature of 50-300 DEG C.
勃姆石结构体(1)包含多个勃姆石粒子(2),相邻的勃姆石粒子(2)结合在一起。该勃姆石结构体(1)中勃姆石的微晶尺寸为10nm以下、气孔率为15%以下。勃姆石结构体(1)的制造方法具备:通过将机械化学处理后的水硬性氧化铝与含水的溶剂混合而得到混合物的混合工序;和在压力为10~600MPa、且温度为50~300℃的条件下对该混合物进行加压及加热的加压加热工序。
