The system comprises the small water area, a regulating tank, a sedimentation tank and a reservoir, the regulating tank pumps wastewater in a small water area through a water pump for regulating water flow and water quality, and the water quality can be mixed and regulated by blowing air into the regulating tank, so that the smooth proceeding of subsequent procedures is ensured; the sedimentation tank pumps the wastewater in the adjusting tank through a water pump for chemical sedimentation; the water storage tank pumps supernate of the water body in the sedimentation tank through a water pump for storage; the sedimentation tank comprises a cylindrical barrel and a funnel integrally formed with the cylindrical barrel, and a filter assembly is arranged on the inner wall of the cylindrical barrel. According to the invention, the filter disc is horizontal, the filter holes of the filter disc are relatively small, when supernate in a sedimentation tank is extracted, bottom sediments can be prevented from floating upwards, finally, the electromagnetic valve can be opened to discharge the sediments, and when the filter disc is inclined, the inclined groove holes of the first plate block and the second plate block are inclined upwards to play a role similar to a sedimentation inclined plate.
