The invention discloses a feeding device for fabricated concrete building construction. The feeding device comprises a bearing steel beam, a steel wire rope, a hook, a lifting mechanism, a moving plate, an elastic pressing plate assembly and a clamping mechanism. A lifting lug used for being connected with a crane is fixed to the top of the bearing steel beam, the two steel wire ropes are fixed to the two sides of the bottom of the bearing steel beam, and each steel wire rope is connected with a hook. The lifting mechanism is connected to the bottom of the bearing steel beam and provided with a lifting end moving vertically. The moving plate is horizontally arranged, the top of the moving plate is connected with the lifting end, two vertically-arranged guide holes are formed in the moving plate, and the two steel wire ropes are correspondingly arranged in the two guide holes in a sliding and penetrating mode respectively; the elastic pressing plate assembly is arranged at the bottom of the moving plate; and the clamping mechanism is arranged on the moving plate. The movable plate is driven by the lifting mechanism to ascend and descend, the pressing and loosening process of the prefabricated part is achieved through the elastic pressing plate assembly, the elastic pressing plate assembly serves as the mounting and dismounting process of the anti-disengaging mechanism, and manual mounting is not needed.
