The efficient, energy-saving and carbon-reducing industrial byproduct gypsum calcining system comprises multiple sections of rotary calcining assemblies which are sequentially connected end to end, each rotary calcining assembly comprises a rotary kiln and an outer sleeve interlayer, the adjacent rotary kilns are communicated end to end to form a calcining area inside, the outer walls of the rotary kilns are sleeved with the outer sleeve interlayers, and the rotary kilns are arranged in the calcining area. The outer sleeve interlayer is provided with a material leading-in opening and a material leading-out opening, and the material leading-out opening is used for leading out materials or is connected with the material leading-in opening of the outer sleeve interlayer located at the downstream position, so that the materials in the current outer sleeve interlayer are guided into the outer sleeve interlayer located at the downstream position; according to the scheme, different gypsum powder can be produced at the same time according to requirements, various production requirements are met, waste heat of the rotary kiln is fully utilized, an additional heating and calcining device is not needed, and high efficiency, energy conservation and carbon reduction are achieved.
