Silicon-based composite reagent reinforced recycled aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of aggregate reinforcement, and particularly relates to a silicon-based composite reagent reinforced recycled aggregate and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing and screening a primary mortar test block, and washing to remove impurities to obtain low-quality recycled coarse aggregate; then adding lime milk and a surfactant into the low-quality recycled coarse aggregate under a certain condition, stirring, standing, and circularly stirring; adding water, a water repellent agent, silica fume and fly ash, and standing for 6-12 hours; and finally, carrying out immersion cleaning in water to remove soluble impurities on the surface of the recycled aggregate, and air-drying to obtain the silicon-based composite reagent reinforced recycled aggregate. According to the method, industrial by-products such as silica fume and fly ash are comprehensively utilized, the application potential of industrial waste products in the field of building solid waste resource utilization is explored, the resource utilization rate is increased, industrial solid waste is efficiently utilized, and resource preservation and waste recycling are facilitated.
