The tough concrete based on the solid waste material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 388 to 451 parts of rubber modified asphalt, 1625 to 1842 parts of aggregate, 36 to 72 parts of rubber and 13 to 39 parts of polyester fiber, the aggregate is sequentially mixed with the rubber, the polyester fiber and the asphalt to obtain a mixture, and the mixture is cured and formed to obtain the tough concrete based on the solid waste material. The concrete prepared by the invention can inhibit the development of cracks under the combined action of differential settlement of new and old bridges and vehicle load, and has the advantages of low performance loss after long-term service, good aging resistance, excellent crack resistance, and good application prospects. Therefore, the tough concrete obtained by the invention can be widely applied to the joint of the upper bridge deck plate pavement layer during bridge widening.
本发明提出了一种基于固废材料的韧性混凝土及其制备方法与应用,属于材料制备技术领域。本发明基于固废材料的韧性混凝土按质量份数计包括以下组分:橡胶改性沥青388~451份、集料1625~1842份、橡胶36~72份和聚酯纤维13~39份,通过将集料依次与橡胶、聚酯纤维和沥青混合得到混合料,将所述混合料固化成型,得到所述基于固废材料的韧性混凝土。本发明制备得到的混凝土在新老桥梁不均匀沉降和车辆荷载联合作用下能够抑制裂缝的发展,且在长期服役后其性能损失较低,抗老化能力较好,抗裂性能优异,因此本发明得到的韧性混凝土可广泛用于桥梁拼宽上部桥面板铺装层连接处。
