Preparation method of TiB2-TiC composite ceramic material
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramics, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a TiB2-TiC composite ceramic material. The preparation method of the TiB2-TiC composite ceramic material provided by the invention comprises the following steps: mixing a mixed solution of phenolic resin and ethanol, modified titanium dioxide and modified boron oxide, and curing to obtain a precursor; the modified titanium dioxide is titanium dioxide of which the surface is coated with a first coupling agent, and the modified boron oxide is boron oxide of which the surface is coated with a second coupling agent; and sintering the precursor, so as to obtain the TiB2-TiC composite ceramic material. According to the preparation method, a mixed solution of phenolic resin and ethanol is taken as a carbon source, and pores of a three-dimensional network structure formed by crosslinking of phenolic resin are filled with cured titanium dioxide and boron oxide under the action of a coupling agent, so that a micro-reaction system is formed, the mass transfer diffusion distance is shortened, and the temperature required by sintering can be reduced; and powder in which TiB2 and TiC are uniformly mixed can be obtained at a relatively low temperature.
本发明属于陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种TiB2‑TiC复合陶瓷材料的制备方法。本发明提供的TiB2‑TiC复合陶瓷材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将酚醛树脂和乙醇的混合液、改性二氧化钛和改性氧化硼混合后固化,得到前驱体;所述改性二氧化钛为表面包覆第一偶联剂的二氧化钛,所述改性氧化硼为表面包覆第二偶联剂的氧化硼;将所述前驱体烧结,得到所述TiB2‑TiC复合陶瓷材料。本发明以酚醛树脂和乙醇的混合液作为碳源,在偶联剂的作用下,固化后二氧化钛和氧化硼填充在酚醛树脂交联形成的三维网络结构的孔隙中,形成微反应体系缩短传质扩散距离能够降低烧结所需的温度,在较低的温度下即可获得TiB2和TiC均匀混合的粉体。
