The invention discloses a fixed water supply pump station arrangement method under riverbed water level amplitude variation. The method comprises the steps that 1, an annual maximum riverbed water level predicted value is obtained through an LSTM neural network model; 2, pump station platform construction is conducted according to the annual maximum riverbed water level predicted value; 3, hoisting a water pump and a pipeline; 4, mounting a water storage tank; and fifthly, the centrifugal pump works under the riverbed water level variable amplitude. The method is simple in step, reasonable in design, convenient to construct, low in cost, capable of being suitable for riverbed water level amplitude variation, high in adaptability to the surrounding environment, capable of being repeatedly used and low in overall construction and operation cost.
