The invention discloses a rectangular steel pipe and H-shaped steel beam unilateral connection joint and a connection method, and relates to the technical field of structural engineering. Comprising two sets of connecting structures which are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of an H-shaped steel beam correspondingly and used for connecting a flange plate of the H-shaped steel beam and a rectangular steel pipe. One side of the L-shaped plate is connected with the rectangular sleeve, and pre-tapping is performed in holes in the connecting side of the rectangular sleeve and the L-shaped plate; the other side of the L-shaped plate is used for being connected with a flange plate of the H-shaped steel beam through a traditional high-strength bolt connecting pair. The method has the advantages that the rectangular sleeve connecting pieces which are perforated and tapped in advance and the L-shaped plates are adopted to realize full-bolt connection of joints, and the assembly efficiency is higher. The problems that traditional joints are high in manufacturing cost and large in construction difficulty are solved, meanwhile, the problem that single-side bolts are high in manufacturing cost is avoided, traditional high-strength bolts are adopted, the connecting mode is changed, and single-side connection of the rectangular steel pipe and the steel beam is achieved.
本发明公开了矩形钢管与H型钢梁单边连接节点及连接方法,涉及结构工程技术领域。包括:两组连接结构分别设置在H型钢梁的上下侧,用于连接H型钢梁的翼缘板和矩形钢管,连接结构包括:矩形套筒用于和矩形钢管套装固定;L型板的一侧与矩形套筒连接,矩形套筒和L型连接侧的孔内预攻丝;L型板另一侧用于与H型钢梁的翼缘板采用传统高强螺栓连接副连接。本发明的优点在于采用预先开孔且攻丝的矩形套筒连接件和L型板实现全螺栓连接节点,装配效率更高。克服了传统节点造价高、施工难度大的问题同时也避免使用单边螺栓造价高的问题,采用传统的高强螺栓,改变连接方式,实现了矩形钢管与钢梁的单侧连接。
