Temporary positioning device and method suitable for rapid and accurate positioning of square steel tube hoisting

The invention discloses a temporary positioning device suitable for rapid and accurate in-position hoisting of a square steel tube. The temporary positioning device comprises a telescopic limiting plate device, a horizontal hoop plate fastening device and a bolt fastening device. The horizontal hoop plate fastening device is arranged below the telescopic limiting plate device; the bolt fastening device is arranged in the middle of the horizontal hoop plate fastening device; the bolt fastening device comprises a horizontal bolt fastening device and a vertical bolt fastening device; the telescopic limiting plate device is used for being fixed to an original square steel pipe in a lap joint mode to limit the square steel pipe to be spliced, and the horizontal hoop plate fastening device and the vertical bolt fastening device are used for fixing the upper surface and the lower surface of the square steel pipe to be spliced. The horizontal bolt fastening device is used for fixing the left side and the right side of the to-be-spliced square steel pipe. By means of the overall structural arrangement, it can be guaranteed that the situation that the square steel pipes to be spliced shake or incline in the follow-up welding process is avoided, and therefore the safety and reliability of splicing are guaranteed.

本发明公开了一种适用于方钢管吊装快速精确就位的临时定位装置，包括可伸缩限位板装置、水平箍板紧固装置、螺栓紧固装置；所述水平箍板紧固装置设置于可伸缩限位板装置下面；所述螺栓紧固装置设置于水平箍板紧固装置中间；所述螺栓紧固装置包括水平螺栓紧固装置，竖向螺栓紧固装置；可伸缩限位板装置用于搭接固定在原有方钢管上对待拼接方钢管进行限位，水平箍板紧固装置和竖向螺栓紧固装置用于固定待拼接方钢管的上下表面；水平螺栓紧固装置用于固定待拼接方钢管的左右两侧。通过整体的结构布置能够保证避免待拼接方钢管在后续焊接过程中发生晃动或者倾斜的情况，从而保证了拼装的安全性和可靠性。
