BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based design method for building
The invention relates to the technical field of building design, in particular to a BIM (Building Information Modeling)-based building design method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, summarizing field measurement results, selecting building styles, and formulating a plurality of building design schemes according to the building styles; 2, two optimal design schemes are selected, and the most suitable design scheme in the two optimal design schemes is selected through comparison and discussion; 3, according to the selected design scheme, building materials needing to be used are determined, a material table is made, and a purchaser purchases the materials according to the material table; 4, detecting the quality of the purchased materials; and 5, weighing the qualified materials in a weighing device, adding the purchase quantity to the materials with insufficient weight, and retreating the overweight materials to improve the budget precision.
本发明涉及建筑设计技术领域,具体是基于BIM的建筑用设计方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:根据现场测量结果汇总,进行建筑风格选择,并根据建筑风格制定多个建筑设计方案;步骤二:选取两个最佳设计方案,通过比对、讨论选择二者中最合适的设计方案;步骤三:根据所选取的设计方案,确定需要使用到的建筑材料,并制定物料表格,采购人员根据物料表格进行物料采购;步骤四:对采购的物料进行质量检测;步骤五:将质量检测合格后的物料置于称重设备中进行称重,对不够重量的物料追加采购量,对超重的物料进行遣退,提高预算精度。
