The invention relates to an evaluation method for inspection support erection safety in a pond area, which comprises the following steps: step 1, support selection: adopting a combined support including a cement mixing pile, a strip-shaped foundation, a bailey beam and a disc buckle support system; step 2, arranging observation points, arranging five sections in the transverse bridge direction of each span, namely a 1/2 span section, a 1/4 and 3/4 span section and a two-end support section, arranging a plurality of observation points on each section, and numbering the observation points; thirdly, the support is pre-pressed, the pre-pressing load is not smaller than 120% of the total construction load, and graded loading is adopted in pre-pressing construction; and step 4, carrying out whole-process intelligent detection. The support pre-pressing observation points are reasonably planned and arranged, the pre-pressing conditions of all the observation points of the support are monitored in real time through the height monitoring sensors in the whole pre-pressing process, the accuracy of observation data is guaranteed, support erection safety evaluation is effective, operation is easy, construction investment is small, labor cost is reduced, and applicability is good.
本发明涉及一种针对河塘地区检验支架搭设安全性的评价方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、支架选择,采用组合支架:水泥土搅拌桩+条形基础+贝雷梁+盘扣支架体系;步骤二、观测点布置,每跨横桥向布置5个断面,即1/2跨中截面、1/4及3/4跨截面、两端支撑截面,每个断面上均设置多个观测点,并对各观测点进行编号;步骤三、支架预压,预压荷载不小于施工总荷载的120%,预压施工采用分级加载;步骤四、全过程智能检测。本发明对支架预压的观测点进行合理规划并布置,并在预压全过程中通过高度监测传感器实时监测支架各观测点的预压情况,保证观测数据的准确性,使得支架搭设安全性评价有效,而且操作简单,施工投入少,降低了人力成本,适用性较好。
