The invention discloses a post-rack paste CGIF material negative carbon filling mining method. The method specifically comprises the steps that coal gangue is crushed into aggregate with the particle size being 0-20 mm; mixing and stirring the crushed coal gangue with steel slag, fly ash, cement and an alkali activator to prepare filling paste; after coal mining, filling materials are conveyed to the goaf through a filling pipeline pre-laid in the goaf or a filling pipeline formed by drilling; and after filling is completed, carbon dioxide is injected into the filling paste to form a CGIF material, and carbon dioxide adsorption and underground sealing treatment are completed. According to the method, large-scale utilization of the gangue can be realized, and the prepared CGIF carbon sequestration paste is low in cost; the carbon dioxide sequestration capability is high; after carbon dioxide is sealed by the CGIF, the mechanical strength is further improved, and the supporting effect on an overlying rock stratum is good.
本发明公开了一种架后膏体CGIF材料负碳充填开采方法,具体为将煤矸石破碎成粒径为0‑20mm的骨料;将破碎后的煤矸石与钢渣、粉煤灰、水泥、碱激发剂混合搅拌制备成充填膏体;煤炭开采后利用在采空区预铺设的充填管路或钻孔形成的充填管路将充填材料输送至采空区;充填完成后将二氧化碳注入至充填膏体内部,形成CGIF材料,并完成二氧化碳吸附和井下封存处置。本方法能够实现矸石大规模利用,并且制备的CGIF碳封存膏体成本低;封存二氧化碳能力高;CGIF封存二氧化碳后力学强度进一步提高,对上覆岩层支撑效果好。
