The invention relates to the technical field of pavement repairing agents, in particular to a self-coupling cold crosslinking asphalt pavement repairing agent. The flame-retardant asphalt comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of a tar component, 50-70 parts of an asphalt component, 50-70 parts of a rubber oil component, 20-30 parts of a flame-retardant component, 25-35 parts of an aromatic hydrocarbon component, 20-30 parts of glass beads with the particle size phi of 80-100 microns, 15-27 parts of 50-70-mesh rubber powder, 5-9 parts of a fiber stabilizer, 3-7 parts of a tackifier, 20-30 parts of monofilament chopped fibers and 10-20 parts of an impregnating compound. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, heating and melting the rubber oil component and the asphalt component to form a colloid; 2, after the colloid product in the step 1 is cooled to 30 DEG C, adding a tar component and a flame retardant component; 3, after the product in the step 2 is cooled to room temperature, adding an aromatic hydrocarbon component, and fully and uniformly stirring; and 4, diluting and decomposing the product in the step 3. The repairing agent can be subjected to a cold chemical reaction with an original asphalt pavement, and can repair and reduce the original asphalt pavement, so that the performance of the original asphalt pavement is recovered.
