According to the method, the high-precision mobile laser scanning technology and the deep learning algorithm are introduced, accurate evaluation and real-time monitoring of the road flatness are achieved, the testing efficiency and precision are remarkably improved, and the road section is marked as the to-be-maintained road section if the evaluation result shows that the road flatness is lower than the threshold value. A specific threshold value is set to automatically judge whether the road surface needs to be maintained or not, distribution of maintenance resources is optimized, pertinence and timeliness of maintenance work are ensured, manual intervention is reduced, subjective errors in the evaluation process are reduced, and meanwhile the recognition capacity of road flatness defects is improved.
