The invention discloses a dual-cleaning rapid road sweeper which comprises a fan system, a suction sweeping device, a dual garbage collecting box, a roller sweeping device and an anti-collision buffering mechanism. The garbage collection device is reasonable and simple in structure, low in production cost and convenient to install, the two side sweeping mechanisms are started, so that garbage can be gathered and collected to the middle of the second-class chassis, meanwhile, the engine is started to drive the exhaust fan to work, the exhaust fan can pump out air in the negative pressure cavity through the air bellow, and the environment is protected. Therefore, small garbage can be conveniently sucked into the garbage cavity I through the dust suction cover body, and the requirement of sucking and collecting the small garbage is met; the arc-shaped baffle plate is arranged, so that sucked garbage is prevented from being directly adsorbed on the screen plate, and the garbage is also prevented from blocking the screen plate to influence the absorption efficiency; the filter screen bag arranged in the fan system can filter and suck sundries such as garbage and sand in air, so that the long-time service life of the fan system is prolonged.
