The embodiment of the invention discloses a construction method of an inverted-cone-shaped tank bottom structure of a flocculation sedimentation tank, which comprises the following steps: positioning and paying off, and punching and embedding steel bars on a bottom plate of a tank body as an acting point and a positioning point for fixing and supporting a template; after each face of the reverse-cone-shaped formwork is machined, the bottom of each face of the formwork leans against the positioning steel bars, the height of an upper opening is adjusted, a simple steel pipe frame or a batten is adopted for reinforcement, and after all the formworks on the four faces are adjusted in place, edge sealing reinforcement is conducted till a cone-shaped formwork is obtained; the conical formwork and the embedded steel bars are welded and fixed through opposite-pull screws; all the conical formworks are installed from the corners of the pond body and the wall body to the center of the pond body according to design requirements, steel pipes are laid on the tops of upper openings of the conical formworks for reverse supporting and reinforcing, the adjacent upper edges of at least part of the two conical formworks are locked through fasteners, and supporting and reinforcing of the conical formworks are completed.
