The invention discloses a geothermal water self-flow recharge device and a using method thereof, and relates to the technical field of geothermal water recharge, the geothermal water self-flow recharge device comprises a sediment pool, a filter pool is arranged on one side of the sediment pool, a recharge well is arranged on one side of the filter pool, the sediment pool is connected with the filter pool through a first conveying channel, and the filter pool is connected with the recharge well through a second conveying channel; according to the self-flowing recharging underground water pump, a self-flowing recharging mode is utilized, an external water source is recharged to the underground after being subjected to sediment and filtration, various pumping devices are not needed on the whole, and the self-flowing recharging underground water pump is simple in structure, convenient to use and high in efficiency. The device is simple in structure, easy to manage and maintain, capable of effectively reducing energy loss, and relatively small in influence on the environment due to the fact that a self-flow recharge mode is adopted and no external equipment is involved.
