The invention provides a preparation method of a lithium slag geopolymer doped with shell powder, and belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of resources. The method comprises the following steps: fully fusing a sodium silicate solution and a sodium hydroxide solid to prepare a basic catalyst; uniformly stirring the shell powder and other industrial wastes, adding a basic catalyst, and continuously stirring for full reaction to obtain a first mixture; adding water into the first mixture, and stirring again to obtain final slurry; and finally, pouring the slurry into a mold and maintaining to obtain the geopolymer based on the shell powder. The method provided by the invention can significantly improve the compressive strength of the geopolymer.
本发明提供一种掺入贝壳粉的锂渣地质聚合物的制备方法,属于资源综合利用技术领域。该方法首先将硅酸钠溶液和氢氧化钠固体充分融合,制备碱性催化剂;然后将贝壳粉和其他工业废料搅拌均匀后加入碱性催化剂,继续搅拌充分反应,得到第一混合物;再将水加入第一混合物中并再次搅拌,得到最后的浆料;最后将浆料倒入模具中并进行养护,即得到基于贝壳粉的地质聚合物。本发明的方法能够显著改善地质聚合物的抗压强度。
