Novel ultra-light fireproof heat-insulating material prepared by recycling waste incineration waste
The invention relates to the technical field of door core plates, in particular to a novel ultra-light fireproof and heat-insulating material prepared by recycling waste incineration waste. According to the invention, magnesium oxide, magnesium sulfate, polypropylene cellosilk, a magnesium sulfate heptahydrate modifier, a polymer foaming agent and waste incineration waste are used as substitutes for preparation of raw materials; wherein the waste incineration waste components comprise silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, iron oxide, calcium oxide and magnesium oxide; according to the novel ultra-light fireproof heat-insulating material prepared by recycling the waste incineration wastes, magnesium oxide is replaced by the waste incineration wastes, so that the cost of the selected materials is greatly reduced; moreover, the optimized honeycomb structure can reduce the use amount of the prepared material, increase the heat stable structure, further reduce the heat conductivity coefficient of the honeycomb material in a fireproof heat insulation test, and effectively avoid the collapse phenomenon after high temperature; the magnesium oxide covering layer is designed to effectively control the anti-halogen phenomenon of the material; and meanwhile, the honeycomb-shaped material has excellent performance in the pressure resistance test effect.
本发明涉及门芯板技术领域,尤其涉及一种由垃圾焚烧废弃物再利用制备超轻防火隔热新型材料;本发明,选用氧化镁、硫酸镁、聚丙烯纤维丝、七水硫酸镁改性剂、高分子发泡剂、垃圾焚烧废弃物作为制备原料替代物;其中,垃圾焚烧废弃物组分:二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁、氧化钙、氧化镁;该由垃圾焚烧废弃物再利用制备超轻防火隔热新型材料,通过垃圾焚烧废弃物代替氧化镁,选用材料成本大幅度降低;而且,优化后的蜂窝状结构可以使得材料制备的用量降低,热稳定结构增加,蜂窝状的材料在防火隔热的测试中导热系数进一步降低,有效避免出现高温后塌方现象;氧化镁覆盖层设计有效控制材料反卤现象;同时蜂窝状的材料在耐压测试效果中表现优越。
