Method for preparing ceramsite raw nodules from solid wastes
According to the method for preparing the ceramsite raw material nodules from the solid waste, the ceramsite raw material nodules are prepared through the method, especially the ceramsite raw material nodules with the particle size being 3-5 mm, and the percent of pass of the ceramsite raw material nodules can be remarkably improved. The method comprises the following steps that (1) solid waste powder is obtained, the solid waste powder comprises fly ash, and the particle size of the fly ash meets the conditions that D50 is larger than or equal to 15 microns and D90 is smaller than or equal to 150 microns; 2) putting 1.5%-2.5% of the weight of the solid waste powder in the step 1) into a granulator for granulation to obtain seed particles; and (3) putting the residual weight of solid waste powder into the granulator for multiple times, continuously granulating and molding on the basis of the seed particles, polishing to obtain particles, drying, and screening to obtain the raw material pellets with the required particle size.
本发明提供一种利用固废制备陶粒生料球的方法,通过该方法制备陶粒生料球,特别是制备粒径3‑5mm的陶粒生料球,能够显著改善陶粒生料球的合格率。所述方法包括如下步骤:1)获取固废粉料,所述固废粉料包括粉煤灰,且所述粉煤灰的粒径满足D50≥15μm且D90≤150μm;2)将步骤1)中所述固废粉料重量的1.5%‑2.5%投入造粒机中进行造粒,获得种子颗粒;3)将剩余重量的所述固废粉料分多次投入所述造粒机中,在所述种子颗粒基础上继续造粒成型,抛光所得颗粒,然后烘干,经筛分得到所需粒径的生料球。
