Carbon-carbon composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a carbon-carbon composite material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out primary mixing on a matrix material and an aggregate according to a mass ratio of (5-60): (40-95) to obtain carbon-carbon composite particles; (2) carrying out shearing treatment on the carbon-carbon composite particles at a shearing linear speed of 20-100m/s to obtain a precursor, and carrying out carbonization and delayed coking treatment on the obtained precursor under a closed hot-pressing condition; (3) carrying out carbonization treatment on the material obtained after treatment in the step (2) to obtain the carbon-carbon composite material; wherein in the step (1), the base material is selected from asphalt, and the aggregate is selected from graphite and carbon fibers. The carbon-carbon composite material provided by the invention has higher density and more excellent heat-conducting and electric-conducting properties.
本发明提供了一种碳碳复合材料及其制备方法,包括:(1)将基体材料与骨料按照质量比为(5~60):(40~95)的比例进行初混,得到碳碳复合颗粒;(2)将所述碳碳复合颗粒在20~100m/s的剪切线速度下剪切处理后得到前驱体,并将所得的前驱体在密闭热压条件下进行碳化、延迟焦化处理;(3)将步骤(2)处理后得到的物料进行再碳化处理后得到碳碳复合材料;其中,步骤(1)中所述基体材料选自沥青,所述骨料选自石墨、碳纤维。本发明提供的碳碳复合材料具有更高的密度,并且具有更优异的导热、导电性能。
