Steel bars of the rail bearing beam are bound according to the design size and put into a mold to be poured with concrete for forming; reinforcing steel bars of the bottom plate are bound on the construction site according to the design size, concrete is poured at the preset position for forming, and bottom plate fixing is completed; the bottom plate is leveled, a second vibration reduction piece is laid at the determined position, then a rail bearing beam is laid, and the installation position is finely adjusted; the rail bearing beam is fixed; and steel rails are laid in the rail bearing grooves, first vibration reduction pieces are installed, and steel rail fixing is completed. And through two-stage vibration reduction, the vibration and noise reduction capacity of the beam type track system is greatly improved.
