And mounting grooves and second sealing rubber are arranged on the prefabricated assembly module units, so that the side formworks can be positioned, the sealing performance of the joints of the side formworks and the bottom plate can be improved, and water is prevented from permeating into the cofferdam in the cofferdam downward hoisting process. Meanwhile, the rapid bottom plate joint plugging device adopts a prefabricated assembly module unit technology, factory prefabrication of the bottom plate unit can be achieved, the hoisting efficiency and safety of the side formworks are high, and the sealing performance of the side formworks is remarkably improved due to the fact that sealants are arranged at the connecting joints of the side formworks. And in the sinking process of the cofferdam, water on the outer bottom surface of the cofferdam is discharged into a water storage space preset in the cofferdam through a second hose and a bottom plate conversion hole, so that the influence of water resistance at the bottom surface of the cofferdam on downward lifting of the cofferdam is reduced.
