The device specifically comprises a roof support, a plate body is laid on the outer wall of the roof support, a fixing plate is fixed to the surface of the plate body, an assembling hole is formed in the surface of the fixing plate, an assembling frame is embedded in the surface of the plate body, a through hole formed in one side of the assembling frame is movably connected with a rotating column, and a turnover plate is fixed to one end of the rotating column; the other end of the rotating column is connected with a worm and gear mechanism, and a rotating disc is fixed to the circumferential outer wall of the rotating column through a pin. By arranging the assembly frame, the overturning plate can be conveniently installed, when indoor ventilation is needed, the rotating column is driven to rotate along the assembly frame, and after the overturning plate is unfolded by a certain angle along the assembly frame, indoor ventilation is conveniently achieved; and the stability of the turnover plate after being opened at any angle within a certain range can be improved.
