The invention provides a sampling cabin. The sampling cabin comprises a cabin body, a closed working chamber which is enclosed by a top plate, a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates and is under pressure is formed in the cabin body, at least one of the side plates is provided with a cabin door and a sealed sampling device, and each of the top plate, the bottom plate and the plurality of side plates comprises at least one supporting plate comprising four edges; the supporting frames are installed on the edges of the supporting plates respectively, each supporting frame is provided with a quadrilateral section, and each side face of each supporting frame is provided with at least one installation groove suitable for containing one edge of the corresponding supporting plate; a plurality of through holes which are arranged at intervals in the length direction are formed in a joint part between the mounting grooves in the two opposite side surfaces; the connecting assemblies are constructed to connect two adjacent supporting frames together through the through holes, and the supporting plates connected with the two adjacent supporting frames are located in the same plane or are perpendicular to each other.
